At 8foldstyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sneaker purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned within this window to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition: The item must show no signs of wear, use, or alteration. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn outside, used for any activity, or show any scuffs, dirt, or creases.
  • All original tags attached: All manufacturer tags, security tags, and any other labels must be intact and attached to the item.
  • In original packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (e.g., shoe box, dust bag, protective wrapping), which must also be in a re-sellable condition. The shoe box should not be used as the shipping box.
  • Accompanied by order confirmation or receipt: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included with your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items with removed, damaged, or tampered-with tags.
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to contact@8foldstyle.us with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Await Approval: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with approval or further instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Item: Carefully pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product box is protected within a shipping box.
  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the item using the method provided in our email. The return address will be provided via email once we accept your return request.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you received a defective item or an item that was incorrectly shipped by 8foldstyle, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Note: Original payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please email contact@8foldstyle.us with your original order number and the specific replacement item (style, size, color) you would like. We will confirm availability before processing your exchange.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email contact@8foldstyle.us immediately with your order number.
  • Once an order has shipped, the standard return process outlined in this policy will apply.

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and email contact@8foldstyle.us within 7 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
  • In both cases, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement item or a full refund, as applicable.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. Refund processing times can vary by financial institution, typically taking 3–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  3. If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@8foldstyle.us.
